Raw coconut-chocolate cake

Ingredients

Body:

  • 2 cups of grated coconut (or coconut flour)
  • 2 cups of dates
  • 1 vanilla pod

Chocolate cream:

  • 4-5 pieces of avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 ½ cups of dates
  • 1/3 cup of raw cocoa (or regular cocoa)
  • 1 vanilla pod

Decoration:

  • whipping cream
  • goji or other interesting fruit that you like and looks nice

Procedure:

Body:

  1. We mix all the ingredients into a fine dough.
  2. Pour the dough into a cake mold.

Chocolate cream:

  1. We mix all the ingredients into a smooth cream.
  2. Pour the cream into the cake pan for the body.

Decoration:

  1. Whip the cream into whipped cream and pour it on the cake.
  2. Sprinkle the goji on top.
  3. We put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours, until the cake hardens.
