Raw coconut-chocolate cake
Ingredients
Body:
Chocolate cream:
- 4-5 pieces of avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 ½ cups of dates
- 1/3 cup of raw cocoa (or regular cocoa)
- 1 vanilla pod
Decoration:
- whipping cream
- goji or other interesting fruit that you like and looks nice
Procedure:
Body:
- We mix all the ingredients into a fine dough.
- Pour the dough into a cake mold.
Chocolate cream:
- We mix all the ingredients into a smooth cream.
- Pour the cream into the cake pan for the body.
Decoration:
- Whip the cream into whipped cream and pour it on the cake.
- Sprinkle the goji on top.
- We put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours, until the cake hardens.
