Banana fritters (gluten-free and dairy-free)

Ingredients:
2 bananas
3 eggs
Procedure:
- Mix the bananas and eggs into a mushy dough
- We bake like classic fritters in a pan
Enhancement options:
- To achieve a thicker dough – add coconut
- For sugar lovers – while the fritters are in the pan, we drizzle them with grandfather’s honey
- For a better taste and visual experience – spread the pancakes with homemade jam and decorate with almond slices, apple and mint
